"Red Sands Ranch is a super cool place! The location is peaceful, quiet and lush…the river, starry night sky, and fresh air are all very healing. Not to mention the pool, central gathering cabana and water slide! We celebrated a birthday get together here over a long weekend and couldn’t be more pleased. John was an excellent host and communicator - he’s thought of everything and just wants everyone to have a great, safe time while at the property. HIGHLY recommend!"

"This little retro motor inn has been getting renovated over the past couple of years, slowly but good. The rooms are clean. The Ac/Heater works well (we’ve stayed here in both hot and cold weather). The coffee in the room isn’t great but we don’t complain because there IS coffee to get your day started. We stop here in Llano on our way to and/or from visiting family in Odessa. The price is good. Plus, Cooper’s BBQ is within walking distance!! There’s also Taco Bell, Sonic, Pizza Hut, and Dairy Queen not far away. Parking is right outside your room and WiFi is reliable."

"Stayed three nights and had contact with three different people on staff. All were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and seemed secure. Parking lot was clean and well lighted. Room was insulated pretty well in terms of sound but it is difficult to compensate for some guests who just don’t care about someone else’s stay."

"The property was lovely. It was exactly as described in the listening. Our dog loved running around and getting new smells in the yard. We enjoyed our stay immensely as it was very relaxing for us. I would highly recommend staying here."

"The overall stay was good. There was a major spider issue inside the house so that was a problem especially for our babies crawling around but we got rid of what we could. The towels were also not very clean. Other than that our family had lots of fun and plenty of things to do on the property!"
