Fantastic holiday home near Playa d'Aro

 
Beautiful house with private pool located in a quiet area at only 1200 m from the beach. Surrounded by fields, Descanso is an authentic paradise of peace and tranquillity, ideal to disconnect and enjoy unforgettable holidays. Located on a plot of 2100 m2, it has a built area of 300 m2 distributed in two independent houses.
 The main house consists of a living room, dining room, fully equipped open plan kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.  It has an outside area with porch and summer dining room.
The second house consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen. In the outside area there is a fantastic porch with summer dining room and barbecue area that gives access to the swimming pool.
The Costa Brava is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals, historical culture, lots of traditions and much more!
Playa de Aro, located in the heart of the Costa Brava, has become one of the most renowned tourist destinations in the Baix Empordà, with attractions for leisure and culture. Its varied commercial, leisure and restaurant offer concentrates a large number of establishments that make it one of the liveliest towns on the Costa Brava, perfect for entertaining the youngest members of the family with water parks, amusement parks, etc. Moreover, its coastline offers a wide variety of beaches and charming coves, making it a perfect natural area for water sports, hiking and mountain biking.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
