Il ristorante, oltre al menù, non era possibile ordinare altre pietanze anche a pagamento. Oltre alla piscina, che è fornita di accesso regolare per disabili, l'appartamento in argomento ed altri posti al primo piano sono sforniti di accesso per disabili, sia nel precorso che all'appartamento; questi anche senza alcun riparo per la pioggia.

Gentile ospite l'hotel ha un ricco menù con tre scelte appositamente per soddisfare tutti i gusti, anche con delle variazioni menù quando ci è possibile. Nei giorni della sua permanenza non ha mai piovuto e non abbiamo notato molta difficoltà di movimento in struttura. Siamo stati molto dispiaciuti dello stato in cui abbiamo trovato la sua camera, abbiamo dovuto impiegare più persone per sanificarla. Cordiali Saluti Hotel Mareluna****

The only thing positive, it didn’t rain
The front desk were all about the hotel, when faced with a problem they came up with great excuses, but absolutely no help . We found out about all the hidden fees at check out , examples they charged for the shuttle to the beaches then when we got to the lidos the deal they made was way back from the water I did not like the room it was tiny , I hated the showe it ha a €1:99 cents shower head that did not stay up when you set it up the bed was hard and cheap , the pillows were huge very hard to sleep comfortably. The ac was very weak and during the day hrs it was uncomfortably warm, lousy week I give this hotel maximum a 2 star , would not recommend this place to my mother in law

Dear Mr Renato thank you for your review, but we disagree about all You choose a small room and the confort is lower than a standard or superior room. We have three kind of room ( small economy, standard, superior) . If you spend less at the end cannot ask more. The service for the beach is not included, there is a charge ( 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds) that change during the season. You can read everywhere this info. Nice hotel in good location
Very nice hotel in good location. We had a sea view room, this was over the restaurant and we expected noise, there was none. Nice pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Wir mussten das Hotel nach zwei Nächten verlassen - obwohl wir leider vier Nächte im voraus gebucht hatten. Wir fühlten uns unwohl. Es war unsauber. Garden-View bedeutet Aussicht auf Betonplatz und an die Mauer des nächsten Hotelgebäudes in ca. 7 Metern Entfernung. Schön sind nur die Bilder im Internet, die nur die Zimmer zeigen, die aufs Meer ausgerichtet sind ... und den Eindruck vermitteln, dass das fürs gesamte Hotel zählt.

3 giorni passati in pieno relax, spiaggia libera e privata facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o con servizio navetta molto efficiente. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile.

Difficoltà per raggiungere l'hotel a causa di lavori di rifacimento del manto stradale su una via attigua. Hotel di nuova costruzione den rifinito e con gusto. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito. Bella la piscina. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere il mare a piedi per la balneazione. Sufficiente la colazione sicuramente migliorabile.Bene rapporto qualità prezzo.

a hidden gem near Sata Maria di Castellabate.
we had a three night stay at the Mareluna and it was delightful. The hotel is in the small fishing harbour of San Marco just outside Santa Maria Di Castellabate which is quiet but has a number of restaurants. However, the food in the hotel is very good. The staff are charming and can't do enough for guests. A hotel to be throughly recommended.

Conoscevo già l'hotel (vi avevo soggiornato alcuni anni fa) e, premesso che era ottimamente organizzato e funzionale in tutti i servizi, ho constatato una situazione immutata. Non ho usufruito, in questa occasione, del pranzo o della cena (dunque non mi esprimo); posso affermareche la colazione, fruita in una sala con vista mozzafiato (ed alcuni tavoli all'esterno), era eccellente da ogni punto di vista.

On the whole our stay was very good - the Hotel Staff were both helpful and polite (even with my very broken minimal Italian), the room was very clean, not the biggest but had a balcony with a seaview, lucky as some rooms do not have a seaview. We were attending a Wedding in Santa Maria which is about 25-30 mins walk along the beach, taxi's in the area are expensive but found one which was std charge for 15Eu to anywhere in Santa Maria from San Marco. San Marco itself is very quiet indeed, absolutely lovely view of San Marco Harbour below from the bottom of the Hotel, there was no pool available when we stayed but it is near complete at the Entrance to the hotel, a Coastal path is at the bottom of the Hotel too, around 2mins walk along this is San Marco itself where there are few shops and boat trips, we had friends staying in the nearby l'approdo?!? (spelling), where behind this is a small cove with a beach, very quiet on weekdays, like the main beach's of Santa Maria but especially busy at the weekend - very few English, mainly Italians so was very peaceful, the Staff at various bars, restaurants and hotels of San Marco/Santa Maria could not do enough for a wedding group of 25+ people at times being both helpful and to be honest tolerant language wise. I've marked down on Comfort as the bed was very hard but with a few drinks, altough I'm not suggesting anyone get drunk, would, no will go back to Castellabate again...

Sehr Kinderfreundlich, großräumige Doppelzimmer, Luxusservice für Familien mit Kindern oder älteren Menschen An- und Abholservice zum/vom Strand, reichhaltiges Abendessen und lecker, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Nur geeignet für Menschen, die gerne mit Italienern Urlaub machen. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zur Amalfiküste, nach Neapel, Pompeii usw.
