「入住酒店時, 已訂2間客房, 但到CHECK IN 時, 酒店負責人說有一間取消, 但由此至終並沒有取消。幾經交涉, 酒店安排另一間客房, 但個刻的心情已受影響。所以入住時, 必定要SEND EMAIL到酒店確認訂單。以免影響旅行的心情。」

「BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES - price I paid on Expedia said the base rate was for 2 people. I originally booked 1 person but since the price covered 2, I brought someone with me. I told the B&B that there would’ve 2 of us a few weeks before the trip. No response. Tren when we arrived - SURPRISE! 126 Euros were added to the price due to the second person. 46 Euros for the “free breakfast” and another 80 Euros for all of the extra electricity an extra person would use. We didn’t even eat the breakfast...

「This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. 「Fabulous property, close to the marina and lots of excellent restaurants. The room itself (Massimo) was clean, modern and spacious, and the balcony was great for a morning coffee or evening drink. Breakfast was excellent.」

「Beautiful and clean room with everything you need (espresso machines, cooking utensils). Clear checkin instruction and communication from the host. A bit noisy as it’s on the main street but easily solved with earplugs. 」

「Very nice and beautiful location. The location is in an old building with a unique caracter and well maintained. The room (Mare) was in excellent condition. And the stuff was very nice and helpful.」

「We booked 2 double bed room and they gave us one room that squeezed in a double bed and a bunk bed that left us no space to walk or open the luggage. The other room is bigger but hey I only booked a double bed room, not a double bed, a bunk bed, and one folding single bed. Anyways, the reception told me they gave the other double bed rooms to other people and have no correct rooms for us. We had to all squeezed into the bigger room for 2 nights. The reception is rude and not even understand...
