"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty. There was supposed to be...

"Super semaine à Bolquère. Les enfants ont bien profité des pistes de ski et de luges. Il a neigé au bon moment et les paysages aux alentours étaient magnifiques. On a pu faire de belles balades en forêt sur des sentiers balisés. Le chalet est bien situé dans un secteur calme et bien équipé pour cuisiner."

"Joli chalet terrasse baicon vue sur montagne.Très Bon accueil.bien équipé en vaisselle.L'appartement du haut est plus confortable que celui du bas pour celui-ci les literies sont à revoir le ménage.Très bonne localisation au calme. Je recommande."

"Elles nont pas eu lieu...la location a été annulée car vendue et je ne l ai su que lorsque je vous ai contacté pour l entree dans les lieux. Votre manque de professionnalisme est patent. Non je ne recommanderai jamais votre site a quiconque.et vous ne manquez ni de culot ni de cynisme pour venir me demander des nouvelles de mes vacances. Grace a vos soins elles n'ont pas existé.."

"Logement fidèle à la description Tenir compte de l’avertissement concernant la route très passante cet été et très bruyante car les véhicules roulent vite (entrée d’agglomération plus loin). Ceci mériterait une meilleure isolation phonique des baies vitrées . Logement bien équipé et fonctionnel Bon Accueil par une présence physique et non par boîte à clé Avons pu profiter de l’altitude et ainsi éviter la canicule de la plaine. "

"The location of this hotel is fabulous and we love the option to get family apartments with multiple rooms and different bed configurations. However, we were surprised that some basic amenities were not provided. For example, there is a coffee machine but no filters (maybe a French press would be better - no need for filters). Also no large bowl for salad and nothing that can go in the oven (baking tray, casseroles). No dishwasher tabs or dish soap or dish towel, but they do expect guests to do the dishes. The dishwasher takes hours, making it impossible to do dishes and put them away (as requested) after breakfast but before checkout. We'll be aware for next time, but it would have been good to have more communication about this. Also when we arrived we were given an apartment that hadn't been cleaned. They quickly gave us a different one that was clean, but unfortunately didn't have as nice a view as the original one given to us. "
