We like the place, good access to many place around. The facility is quite big, there are many steps and Unfortunately no ramp for luggage transportation. I think is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The Appatment is not clean, no soap, no champo, no service, the soil is very dirty... we are 3 person and we got one double bed and one Folding bed which unfortunately not comfortable and so small. The swimmingpool is very dirty and the visibility underwater is very bad (sand, stones and objects) The staff speaks mainly only italian, is diffucult to communicate in other languages. In general, Equipment, staff and services in need of improvement.

We like the location easy access to many places around . Dirty areas out and inside the apartment. The swimming pool is not clean . There are not any amenities ( not soap or shampoo not toilet paper ) There is no ramps or elevators to go to the apartment to carry the luggages It’s no accesible for people with difficult mobility

Above Expectations

I have elected to give this property full marks just to balance out some of the negative reviews that I felt were overly harsh. Some of the comments did inspire a lot of scepticism, but I took a chance on account of the great daily rate and didn’t regret it. My family decided to cross over to the Italy side and had a great time here. It’s not Nice or Cannes, it’s just a very low key place to decompress with the kids. The property itself is old and could use a facelift, but at least the staff tries their best to keep the place clean and functional. Being from North America we are accustomed to certain comforts and convenience. But this is classic Europe and you have to align your expectations and not act like a bunch of pretentious New Yorkers. Parking is free and there is an onsite laundromat for 5 euros.

Appartement spacieux avec terrasse agréable

L'hotel nous a laissé profiter de la piscine le temps d'attendre que le check in ouvre. 16h c'est d'ailleurs un peu tard mais admettons. L'enregistrement qui a duré littéralement 1h et qui a été réalisé par une hotesse très désagréable qui nous a donné un appartement à l'autre bout du complexe alors qu'il y en avait des libres plus près. Lorsque nous avons enfin pu nous installer, affaires débarrés, nous avons voulu mettre la clim. Or, la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Un agent de maintenance a été envoyé 30 min plus tard. Ce dernier n'a rien pu faire et nous a laissé planté la. Après plusieurs appels, la réception nous a dit de revenir pour récupérer les clefs d'une autre chambre. Encore de l'attente. Pas d'excuse pas de geste commercial alors que nous avions un bébé qui ne pouvait pas dormir puisque nous devions déménager de chambre. Aucune explication sur la localisation de la 2eme chambre. Finalement une fois de nouveau installé, là nous avons pu profiter pleinement de cet hotel. Situé à 10min en voiture de villages avec des commerces et des restaurants. Heureusement car sur place pas de restauration le soir possible.. Des serveurs au club house très désagréables. En bref, heureusement que l'hotel a une piscine et que les appartements sont grands car sans ça je vous déconseille vivement cet endroit.

Attenzione ai dettagli: fanno la differenza

Purtroppo, forse anche a causa di una serie di coincidenze sfortunate, non posso dire di essermi trovato bene. Ho soggiornato in concomitanza di un ricevimento e ho quindi avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio al rientro la sera e non ho potuto utilizzare la piscina più vicina alle stanze. Quella degli impianti sportivi è piccola, lontana dall'albergo e rumorosa a causa della vicinanza dell'autostrada. Inoltre ospita anche i cani: voglio bene agli animali ma trovo poco igienico che soggiornino in un luogo così delicato per la salute. Le camere sono grandi e pulite, ma la televisione è minuscola e la finestra della nostra stanza si affacciava su un parcheggio (fuori dall'albergo) con un furgone pieno di sacchi di spazzatura. Suggerisco di mettere una siepe (finta o vera) per evitare quell'orribile spettacolo. La colazione è ricca ma il personale in sala è poco cordiale e poco attento alle richieste dei clienti. Buona e professionale l'accoglienza alla reception
