Charming and modern house in Empuriabrava with direct access to the canal.



Includes a private 7x3M dock in front of the house for your boat.



On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 elegant Italian bathrooms, a washing machine and a dryer.



On the ground floor, a modern kitchen with impressive equipment including an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and American fridge.



The kitchen is open to the living room, which has a large screen TV and a TNT decoder with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel...



Enjoy 2 terraces with different exposures, one of them equipped with a fixed barbecue and access to the canal and dock, offering a magnificent view.



The house has air conditioning (reversible) in all areas and has private parking. It also offers the option to park in front of the house.



It is close to all services and only 1000 metres from a beautiful fine sand beach.

Très bon séjour

Maison très agréable et grande, belle vue depuis la terrasse. Y étant allés hors saison, nous n'avons qu'un we des voisins... L'insonorisation entre les habitations est minime.

Maison très bien située avec deux places de parking, trois grandes chambres et deux terrasses ainsi que deux salles de bain. La maison est parfaite pour 6 à 7 personnes. Seul petit point négatif, nous écoutons beaucoup les voisins à travers les murs notamment la nuit.
