The house is situated in a children-friendly neighborhood in a residential complex.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, alarm, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 3 TVs, tv satellite.

In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



The house is particularly suitable for family stays with children.

The groups of young people ( under 30 years old ) coming to enjoy the nightlife in Empuriabrava will not feel comfortable in the building because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the apartments after 22h.



The establishment is non smoking and the animals are not accepted



Pets are not allowed.



The Tourist Tax for Roses is 2€ per person/per night up to a maximum of 7 nights (anyone under the age of 16 years is exempt).



On the day of your arrival you will have to pay the security deposit of 2000€ ( credit card)

Check-In klappte wunderbar. Check-out leider nicht. Ich habe mit der "Verwalterin" abgemacht, dass wir bereits am Freitag um 09.00h auschecken wollen um zeitig loszufahren. Die Zeit verstrich, Telefon nicht beantwortet, mails nicht beantwortet. Da haben wir beschlossen um 09.30h ohne okay auszuchecken. Wurde später telefonisch akzeptiert. Soweit alles okay.Küchenausstattung ist soweit okay. Alles ausreichend vorhanden. Es sind nicht alle Pfannen induktionsfähig (könnte man mal entsorgen) Messer schneiden nicht gut (habe aus Erfahrung meine Messer dabei) Zimmer im oberen Bereich sind üppig ausgestattet, eigentlich Suiten. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind dann eher schlicht gehalten. Grill ist mit Plancha ausgestattet, funktionierte tadellos. Pool ist riesig, leider war kein Netz dabei um ihn von Blättern zu reinigen. Mussten wir kaufen. Pool und Aussenbereich wurde 2 mal gereinigt, wobei das 2. Mal erst Ende Woche.Eine Duschbrause funktionierte solala, Aussenbeleuchtung solar einige Lampen gar nicht, Marmorplatten sind teilweise beschädigt (Risse) Das Tor das den Innenbereich schützt konnte weder geöffnet noch geschlossen werden und Motor und Lichtschranke mussten komplett ersetzt werden.Es ist zu erwähnen, dass alles rasch behoben wurde, hinterlässt aber in dieser Preisklasse (Augus) schon einen Nachgeschmack.Wir haben die Ferien genossen denn der Aussenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen und dort hält man sich ja grösstenteils auf.

Beautiful house and good furnitures but a lot of utility items

we enjoyed the beautiful garden and pool area, but inside there were more items that didn't work, exampel the stove only worked at 2 of the 4 cooking zones and we were 8 adults. And there were only 6 chairs at the diningtable !The drying maschine was out of order, many toilet paper holders were fallen off the wall and the temperature in some of the bedrooms could not be heated up - we froze a lot. Also one of the towel dryers did not work. We told the manager (Nerea) about it, but no reaction. And more other things ..... We have send a letter to Nerea/manager and she has told us, that the letter is forwarded to the owner. We asked for a deduction - but we have still not heard anything.
