A shoutout to Omar at reception who 's courteous and put an extra effort to accomodate the king size bed room to us. The hotel lobby is very nice, clean, breakfast is ok. The bedroom though requires a huge effort to renovate and cleaning. The hairdryer is falling apart,, there are mosquitos in the bedroom. Parking on site is full, but seems there are others on the same street, we got referred to Valencia parking, which we don't know why, and it is terrible. Overall, 1 night is ok

El trato del personal es excelente. El hotel necesita mejorar sus instalaciones. Esta bien ubicado y parking de facil acceso. Ha quedado un poco anticuado. Poca insonorización entre habitaciones.

Instalaciones envejecidas, la decoración en general bastante retro, se oyen ruidos de las habitaciones y de la calle al menos en el 2do piso, para entrar y salir del parking con un coche mediano necesitas ser muy buen conductor, es muy estrecho

Friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Spacious secure parking garage, easy to access. A bit noisy in the early morning hours, as one might expect on a weekend in city centre. A practical, affordable, clean, comfortable hotel from which to enjoy the city’s offerings on foot. Mercadona across the street handy too.

Fabulous friendly helpful staff, very clean and great location. Negatives, not enough plug sockets and rooms a little tired. Would have loved coffee/tea making facilities. Great breakfast choices.

Staff and services excellent. Local restaurants provide good food. Cannot praise the staff at the hotel enough for ordering taxis, helping with our bad Catalan and of course, the cleaning staff for house-keeping.

Big rooms and friendly staff
Lovely hotel with large clean rooms and friendly staff. Perfect location for the main city centre with everything in easy walking distance. All necessary equipment in rooms and bathrooms were modern, although it would have been better with a more powerful shower.
