“We enjoyed our stay. Being english speaking the front desk was accomodating and made us feel welcome. Our room had a balcony with a view of the river and square which was a great way to unwind. It felt like a relaxing piece of paradise ”

“The place served its purpose, but it is not new. Also, I was not notified they would not be there after a certain time. Everything was closed when I arrived and I was in a panick because I didnt have wifi. Luckily a hotel guest came out when I was trying to figure out what to do and he called the emergency number. I had to drive to another location to check in before driving back. It was quiet though, and had a nice view from my window (photo attached)”

“Awesome accommodation! Even though there is no front desk and all check in autonomous, it is super efficient. Rooms are gorgeous & clean and a hearty breakfast is included in the stay all while being within 10 min to the airport!”

Check in was a bit awkward being fully automated and I couldn't get the machine to speak anything other than Spanish eventhough other languages were possible. There were others who struggled with it as well. I also didn't get the info for how to do it beforehand. Luckily someone was available to call and assist.”

I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. “1- I reserved a room that was classified at Expedia as king size/2 twin bed. I forgot to request a king size bed but I am normally given at check in, upon request, a room with a king size bed at any hotel. When I asked for a king size bed, the receptionist said no king size bed was available for the category I booked for but at a higher category only where I had to pay extra. He was very rude and strict and I had to respond the same but had to pay the pay the extra amount. 2- The so called……

“New hotel Opened 1st April 2026 so everything is fresh and new. Helpful friendly staff and a bar/ cafe was useful. The hotel is outside the city centre in a commercial district but because it is so new taxi drivers did not know where it was. They need to get themselves on the map! One other issue was the train stop although very close, 5 mins, it was not easily accessible. A rough path just made by passengers.”
