「Incredible location, incredible host! Will stay again!」

「Perfect house and location for us. We could walk in to town for coffee and bagels in the morning and it was a close drive to some nice hikes.The house was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc.Nice quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops.」

「Beautifully decorated and furnished little house. Very comfortable. Deer in the front yard was a nice touch.」

「This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. 」

「We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Quiet, comfortable, clean and a charming neighborhood to explore while in Denver. Carrie was great, good communication but gave us privacy despite how close the carriage house is to the main property. Lot’s of attention to detail inside and out. Would highly recommend this property.」

「This rental was a last minute decision. There were no reviews and we took a chance. We were not disappointed!! The house was very lovely and immaculate. We had room to spread out. Had it been a little warmer, we would have enjoyed the outdoor spaces. This home is in a lovely neighborhood just a block or two from city Park. So it was a great to take walks. I think the only negative thing I can think of is I would've preferred a regular coffee pot because the Nespresso is just not my favorite kind...

「It was a great cabin enough room for 10 people. Great view. Excellent theater room. But there was no broom or trash bags and no extra towels for the cabin. Overall i would come back again.」

「Hidden gem in Colorado. You are minute drives from both pikes peak and garden of the gods. Close to good food, COFFEE and some awesome sights. If your in the area give it a try.」

「My second week to stay here this summer - I love the location and the unit is private and plenty of room」

「The home was clean and comfortable. Close enough to the great national parks yet just far enough for peace and quiet to relax after a busy day. Perfect for 4 adults (2 couples) we would definitely book again!」
