Staff was very helpful and friendly but this is far from a 4 star hotel. Rooms and common spaces are very dated. One of the beds in our room was lopsided from wear and in the bathroom the toilet tissue is in a dispenser like in a public toilet.

Nice clean rooms. Comfy beds. The toilets are communal but there’s lots of them so we never waited for them. It actually speeded us all up getting ready as we had a toilet each in the morning.
