The location however isn't appropriate for the elderly, or anyone sickly or sorts, for it's in a valley and if you do not have transport, climbing out may render some difficulties. "This was quite the experience. We stayed for 9 days at the start of a longer Caribbean trip. The service at the hotel is outstanding, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The luxe room was open to the rainforest experience, which was a great thing, but with some mosquito drawbacks. Despite the mosquito net over the bed, we had many bites. Eating at the hotel was very good, the food quality was excellent. The chocolate making tour and Soufriere experience (hot springs, waterfall, botanical gardens) were very good too. A 3-5 night stay here is an excellent, different experience. "
