「Cosa si può scrivere di questa struttura, se non magnificare l'eccellenza? Veramente difficile trovare il classico "pelo nell'uovo". Abbiamo usato la SPA (ad uso esclusivo), abbiamo cenato al ristorante (decisamente tra i top dell'intera Sicilia), abbiamo goduto di una sistemazione confortevole e rilassante. Questa è una delle "experience" da provare almeno una volta nella vita.」

「The staff were very nice. He showed me to my room and said we can pick as many oranges. Breakfast was simple. The hotel was hard to find but plenty of parking. 」

Very hard to find the entrance Due to our flight, we got there at around 9:30 pm. and everything was dark, rang the doorbell & we were told we should had arrived before 6:00 pm. In the AM we were locked in & was very hard to find a way to get out as no one is around if you need anything.」

「Gorgeous hotel, with all the luxury amenities. Location is right in the center of Taormina, about 50 meters from the Main Street, yet quiet and peaceful. Villa Conrad is owned by the ultra luxury Metropole hotel which is a 3 minute walk away. So guests of Villa Conrad enjoy all the services, pool, etc of the Metropole.」

「Property was well maintained and clean. Views were incredible of the sea and the mountains. Staff was fantastic, and very helpful when we had questions. Breakfast had a nice variety, and very good. Pool was refreshing. Overall, a great hotel.」

「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」

「Not sure how this is even classed as a 4*. Rooms closer to a barrack.. doesn’t have shampoo and hair conditioner or body wash so bring your own as they only have a weird water-activated hand soap. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet. Food was rubbish / prison food and depressing, we...

Frågade inte men hotellet verkade inte ha så många gäster just då. Mycket trafikerad gata. Charmig inredning med väggmålningar och originaltavlor av ägarens mor. Frukost mkt. fräsch.
