"House was big enough. Kitchen was not great w/utensils. ie: no potatoe masher for Thanksgiving. Guest cottage stunk like sewer. Guest house shower clogged and overflowed. Produced yucky dirt. Heat was fantastic. Kitchen sink leaked all over floor. Beds were great except room with 2 queens. Hurt our back pretty bad. Living space was great. Pathway from house to guest cottage is VERY dangerous!!! Especially in the dark. If these things all got fixed, we would come back next year. "

"Ilya is a brilliant host: the property has fabulous living space and an extremely well equipped kitchen. We felt right at home. Slippers/bathrobe/extra towels. This is like staying in a 5 star hotel. We were not able to use the pool but there is a great sauna. Lots of hikes nearby and also great restaurants near Hudson and Great Barrington. Michael the property manager was super helpful. "

"We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Our host was fantastic responsive, welcoming, and clearly thoughtful about every detail. The amenities were a standout as well: clean, well-stocked, and designed to make the stay feel effortless.Overall, a great experience we’d definitely love to return"

"Overall a very pleasant stay. It is a cool old house with all its charm and quirks. Very spacious, comfortable. Decent kitchen. Location very accessible for mountains and tooling around. Just right for a getaway"
