“The room was at the top floor of a house, 4 floors, with a nice little roof terrace No lift, so not good for people with mobility issues. Nice a clean, staff helpful. Tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast in the morning. Close location to the main piazzas, duomo, etc. ”

“Stayed first night in a seaview room, it was so noisy both from the street and from other guests in room next to us. Second night we were moved to another much more quieter room. Management was very kind and breakfast was fine. Walking distance to historic town, buses and train station.”

“Very dark almost goth like entry, room request was not met until 2nd day and it was, no hot water for two days, uncomfortable, bathroom rule to throw paper in basket was not in review, noisy pump every hour didn't allow a restful sleep, towels were dingy grey worn, stiff. No lighting at entry had to use cell to light up key entry. Heater in room didn't work. Balcony view ( really? View of street? ). Very disappointed, ruined visit couldn't enjoy it fully.”
