Spacious 150sqm seafront apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, the apartment has a garden overlooking the sea, with a splendid view and private access to the sea on a platform shared with the neighbors.
In the area you can find free or paid street parking in the surrounding streets.

If you travel with small children, pay attention to access to the sea.
PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to park on the patio, an area reserved only for residents.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.
The apartment is located halfway between the center of Catania and Aci Castello, in an ideal position both to visit the historic center of the city (staying out of the chaos) and to enjoy the coast north of the city, with the possibility of easily reaching beaches and solarium in the area.
Nearby we recommend you to visit the Castle of Aci (5 km) and the renowned Riviera dei Ciclopi (6.5 km). This small archipelago takes its name from a legend, according to which the stacks and other rocks located in front of Aci Trezza are the stones thrown by the cyclops Polyphemus against Ulysses on the run, as narrated in Homer's Odyssey. Moving towards the center of Catania, 15 minutes away by car, you can visit some of the main points of interest in the city and the entire region.
Do not miss the Piazza del Duomo in Catania, the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the Popular Markets, the Massimo Vincenzo Bellini Theater and the Benedictine Monastery.
In about 40 minutes by car you can reach the base of Etna where you can participate in guided tours and excursions on the volcano.

For an optimal stay and to fully enjoy the cultural, architectural and gastronomic wonders of Catania and the whole of Sicily, we recommend traveling by car.

A member of our Catania team will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in. All identity documents of residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.
