“property itself was good and room was well maintained. main reason for the 3 star rating is the location. although it was only five min from the airport but there was negligible public transportation specially on a sunday. closest stop was in a parking lot which required 8-10 min walk through a main road with no sidewalk etc. night time area looked quite shady. no places to eat nearby. i would suggest only using it if you had a rental car or for a night in case you have an early flight to……

“The room was clean, but nothing special. The street was very narrow with no place to walk and not convenient to get anyway, thus limiting food choices as well. The host did not provide any information for where to get public transportation or food. We arrived at the hotel at check-in time by taxi, and were stuck the rest of the day and night, with nothing more than a deli and pizzeria on a busy, narrow street with no sidewalk. My sister complained to the host via text messages. The host did try……

“They have problem about the communication with the booking website and also between their employees. In my second day, I wanted to check out then move to another hotel to stay with my friends. but they told me i have already paid in the website, it is not possible to refund the money to me. So i chose to stay within my 3days reservation. In the last day, when i checked out, the other employee charged me again!! He insisted that i have not paid yet!! I spent half hour to explain and prove I have……

“It is a beautiful spot! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The floors are a terracotta or stone tile and you need to wear slippers or shoes on them. The outdoor furniture is nice but very old and in need of freshening up and cleaning. The pool is stunning and a nice break in warmer afternoons. The breakfast was well done and great start to the day. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The office was very helpful.”
