The two ladies who greeted us when we arrived in the afternoon were very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeper did an excellent job at keeping the room clean. It was very walkable to a bank, restaurants and the park. We would definitely stay here again."

"A nice hotel with a lot of potential, especially because of its great location and attractive design. The rooms are spacious and have an apartment-like feel, which makes them comfortable for a longer stay. The location is definitely one of the highlights, and the overall concept has a lot going for it. However, the hotel could benefit from more amenities and a little more attention to the guest experience. The customer service wasn’t bad, but it could use a warmer and more enthusiastic touch. Breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus, but unfortunately the quality and selection could be improved. With a few upgrades and some extra attention to service and amenities, I think this hotel could become a really nice option in Managua."
