Lost a towel and they over charged for a use towel. They said normally they charge $700 pesos But they made a acception for $400 pesos That’s so redicolus when it’s a 3 star hotel!!

Good property for the price you pay. The only inconvenience is the bell ringing every hour and even at night.

The Hotel was near the lovely Zocalo, but unfortunately the Local Fair was outside the door, it made it impossible to view it beauty. The beds were terrible and very outdated... old. Needs serious upgrades, specially for the prices they charge. Never again.

-Blaring music from pharmacy across the street -1 electrical outlet in entire room -no lock on 1st floor balcony door -tap handle broken off -national anthem blared out across the street at 6:00am -bells ring every 1/2 hour to nark time day and night Clean but just short of a dump by liberal Mexican standards

Bad beds

This is a low rent hotel in an off-the-beaten-track area so high expectations are not appropriate. But it is not unreasonable to expect at least plastic glasses and a bath mat for the slick floor. Everything, however, is tolerable but the bed. Worst bed I've ever encountered in a lot of traveling. Very hard to sleep on it. Hotel staff tried to accommodate. Moved us to another room and even helped move our stuff, which was sweet. The beds in the new room were better but still bad.

The hotel is in the center of town - very active and loud. The thin drapes do not block the lights from the building across the street. Only one two-prong outlet, but it doesn't work. Worker offered to let me charge my computers behind the reception desk, but I didn't take him up on it. I had asked if I could charge them in an empty room. I should have realized its location and opted for another place.

Buena ubicación, mucho ruido,

Ubicado a media cuadra de la plaza principal, no hay rampa ni elevador, buen seguridad, por la ubicación durante nuestra estancia mucho ruido de la calle, los vehículos, motos y la campana de la. Iglesia. Nos toco estacionamiento afuera del hotel sobre la vía pública (no tiene cajón de estacionamiento y justo en esa es quita hay un sitio de taxis) A 3 cuadras del malecón, excelente ubicación para pasear
