A tropical paradise in the desert!

This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence exudes a cozy and contemporary ambiance. The spacious master bedroom boasts ample closet space, an en-suite bathroom featuring a standing shower, and an elegant dual-sink vanity. Two additional generously sized bedrooms come complete with expansive closets, while a second renovated bathroom offers a tropical-inspired stand-up shower. A breakfast den which can be converted to a 4th bedroom, if needed.

The living room, accentuated by high ceilings and an abundance of windows, bathes the interior in natural light throughout the day, offering captivating views of the shimmering pool and spa. A 75" flat screen TV is hanging over a cozy fireplace. This is a fully furnished property. Minimum rental duration of 30 days is required, and long-term rental arrangements can also be considered.
The backyard has been thoughtfully landscaped, offering a generous expanse of open, verdant space ideal for relaxation and leisure activities. The focal point of this outdoor oasis is the captivating tropical pool, complete with a captivating rocky waterfall feature. As evening descends, the backyard transforms into an enchanting space with its vibrant, customizable lighting system, easily controlled via remote.
A charming tropical-inspired residence located in the city of Cathedral City, in close proximity to Palm Springs, just minutes away from prominent shopping centers, and within a short distance from two renowned Aqua Caliente Casinos.

Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant must pay for power, and gas. Tenant can use owner's existing high-speed internet for $55 a month.

Wonderful stay, Pro host!!

Our host was supremely accommodating, highly communicative, prompt with any response and action. Entry and operation of all aspects were a breeze. We were welcomed with a very clean stay, a box of chocolates, and everything we could possibly need. The home as well appointed, and of course the backyard is an oasis dream in Cathedral city! 100% recommend this host and his lovely property. Very grateful for the most enjoyable stay.
