A modern take on the classic clubhouse, this space is designed for rest & recovery following an active day of desert sports. Activities include 27 holes of golf, 9 tennis & 4 pickle ball courts, 34 pools, fitness center, spa, restaurant and more. Centrally located in the Coachella Valley, find yourself with easy access to all that nearby Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage & Palm Desert have to offer. This is the perfect home base for a desert getaway with comfortable beds & amazing mountain views.

2 Bed + 2 Bath Condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 2x Full Beds and a 2x Queen Bunk Bed.. Conveniently located right off the first hole with direct access to the tennis courts, spa + fitness center and clubhouse. Enjoy the golf course, tennis courts and sweeping mountain views all from the luxurious leather couch while you enjoy watching sports and more on our 65" Smart TV. The space offers a true clubhouse feel with modern wainscoting, brass architectural lighting and beautiful wood bed frames. The bathrooms have champagne bronze fixtures that sparkle off the beautifully painted walls with unique, country club inspired and colored walls.

GOOD NEIGHBOR TIPS FOR VACATION RENTERS

OCCUPANCY for 2-bedroom rental property: Nighttime occupancy maximum is 4 adult persons.

TRASH: All trash should be in containers. No visible trash containers – unless pickup day. (Note: No problem to comply as there are two large dumpsters within a short distance of this home.)

NOISE: Whether day or night, an appropriate noise level should be maintained for a residential neighborhood. No loud talking, sound devices, and/or musical instruments outside rental property at anytime day or night.

For the health and safety of our guests , illicit/ recreational drug use and smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc... is strictly prohibited at all times on the property, including outdoors.

Any fines incurred by the guest are considered immediately due and payable and shall be submitted to Airbnb. All occupants, regardless of length of stay agree to respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

Guests are allowed 2 vehicles only. Parking is first come first served.

Pets are allowed at the discretion of host. If approved, guest agrees to adhere to local, state and HOA rules and regulations related to pets. A non-refundable pet fee is subject to be applied to all approved pets which is considered payable and due upon booking.

Pet regulations:
-Only common household pets are allowed, and they cannot be bred or used for commercial purposes.
-Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of the unit/villa.
-Pets are not allowed on the golf course or in pool areas.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
-Pets must be kept inside the unit when owners are away.
-Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and licenses.
-Visitors' pets must also follow the same rules.
-Dogs must be on a leash that is no longer than 6 feet and held by someone who can control the dog.
-Dogs must be physically restrained so that they cannot leave the property or wander onto neighboring property.
-Pets cannot endanger the health or unreasonably disturb other homeowners.
-Permanent dog runs and animal enclosures are prohibited.
-Temporary wire pens no higher than 33 inches and enclosing an area no larger than 16 square feet are allowed, provided that pets are actively supervised.
-Guests with pets must comply with all HOA pet policies. Failure to do so may result in fines or fees being assessed to the guest and/or the homeowner. The HOA reserves the right to evict guests who violate pet policies.
-Guests with pets are responsible for cleaning up after their pet in all common areas. Failure to do so may result in a fine. The HOA also reserves the right to ban guests who repeatedly fail to clean up after their pet.

Please be mindful to respect the neighbors privacy and keep with the peaceful environment that Desert Princess inspires.

Nightly rate includes the City 13% Occupancy Tax

Following your reservation confirmation, host will contact you to obtain a copy of your driver license, State ID or Passport. This is required by the Desert Princess of Palm Springs HOA for all short term vacation rental guests. Vacation Rental Guest Forms that contain guests personal contact information are required by the City of Cathedral City and the Desert Princess of Palm Springs HOA. These are to be completed prior to checking in. (Host will send these to guests electronically via DocuSign for electronic completion and signatures.) As well as a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Form must be completed prior to stay.

Not quite like description

Beware, before you rent make sure you are OK with: hard concrete cold floors, master with two double beds, no king. And so many misc items missing....pellet bbq but not enough pellets, no Kleenex, no pool towels, windows so dirty you couldn't see out, uncomfortable living room seating, lighting that didn't work, no condiments other than salt/pepper, and more.. On top of all of that we were charged a damage waiver in advance of our stay in addition to the rent rate.
