"We stayed here when in Warrenton to care for a loved one. It was the perfect location between the hospital and town in a lovely quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Chase was wonderful to work with and Mike (the owner) was very welcoming. Not only were we given bread, eggs, sausage at the beginning of our stay, we found some beautiful daffodils on our doorstep during our stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you!"

The cottage is tastefully decorated and super clean, with beautiful views from every window. We had a welcome package waiting for us (wine/cheese/chocolates) and the owner gave the kids mini pumpkins as we were checking out. Very kind, thoughtful owner with excellent communication. "The property was exactly as advertised -- a spacious and well-equipped cottage on a working farm. This is a beautiful part of Virginia with plenty to do if you enjoy the outdoors. And a special bonus is the excellent restaurant, The Blue Door, in nearby Flint Hill. "

"The location is great. Close enough to many eateries, grocery stores, etc. The house itself was big enough for my family but we were disappointed with the two (2) air mattresses. One deflated and the other just wouldn't stay inflated. For those of you that know about sleeping on an air mattress you can identify."

"Right off the highway, comfortable, safe and clean! The only minor issue was the door to the courtyard closes with a loud CLUNK, and my unit was right above it. Know you need to contact the office if you're arriving after 7pm; they will text you lockbox info to get your key. Will stay here again!"
