Country House 'La Carrasca - Limón' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

La Carrasca-Limón is an old farmhouse in the interior of the Vega Baja del Segura, 1.5 km from Catral (Alicante) with an antiquity dating back to 1900. It has been restored with all the comfort of the XXI century (wifi) and rustic charm, highlighting the collection of paintings inspired by the Greek mythology of Fermín Navarro.

It has a large fenced garden of 5000m2 in which you can find a variety of trees (oak, cork oak, mulberry, palm, pine, orange, lemon, ...), and a lawn area, an ideal place for children to play.

It also has a small chicken coop for the use of visitors. Attached almost to the house is a large barbecue (with unlimited firewood in which there are two paella pans) and a parking space.

We also have a swimming pool - spa fenced and integrated into the landscape and has a water bed, cervical sheet and whirlpool area.

It shares the exteriors with La Carrasca-Naranja. It offers 8 beds in 3 double rooms and two single rooms, all of them with bathroom or toilet, with hairdryer, one of the bathrooms has a large whirlpool tub. The single rooms are located inside the double rooms, forming two sets of 3 beds, ideal for families with children. The house has a living-dining room with TV, wifi, fireplace, ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, small oven, microwave and iron.

In short, indoors and outdoors come together forming a space to have a good time, relax and live the rural tourism near the beaches of Alicante enjoying with family or friends a few unforgettable days. The heating system is radiators with oil boiler.

There is air conditioning in all the rooms.
