The perfect finca for us!

We stayed 4 weeks and really enjoyed our stay. The house was equiped with all the necessary things and the location is perfect. We’d love to come back again next year!

Great house, great stay.

Great house to stay with a small group. Kitchen is neat and fully equipped. Outside on the veranda it is nice to stay and from the garden you can get fresh fruit. The pool was a bit chilly but that was because we rented the house early in the season. This is exactly the house I would want if I were to live in Spain.The village is a short distance away and with several supermarkets and restaurants it meets the basic needs. Larger cities such as Elche, Alicante and Torrevieja are within half an hour's drive and are cities where you can easily spend the day.All in all we had a great time in the house and in Catral.

Catral House

Lovely villa, secure and quiet (some barely noticeable road noise). Well equipped, even a washing machine and dishwasher. Fabulous pool and plenty of seating, pool toys, etc available. Quite a few mosquitos in the evenings at this time of year (September). All in all a lovely property; would recommend.

Great villa for a relaxing holiday

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had everything we needed apart from the dishwasher which didn’t work too well. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to the town and with easy access to the airport. Communication with Rudy was easy with very quick helpful responses. We would love to visit again.

Bedsheets could do with updating as some small holes in some sheets, although the bedroom walls are dark not pleasant to see squashed mosquitos. Little dissapointed that the garden furniture was all covered up with a tarpaulin due to a storm the day previously and canopy was broken.

Used for 10 days this accomodation form Rudy and Valery The house was well equiped clean and very comfortable Pool was great and well maintained ... the communication with the agent in Spain very helpfull . A real recommendation for renting this property ... it made our holiday in Spain another one not to forget

Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Owners

My partner and I stayed 9 nights at Rudy and Valerie’s fantastic villa and we couldn’t have been happier. Communication with Rudy was quick and easy, as was communication with the lovely Mr Force who looks after the property. The villa is very spacious and comfortable with every kitchen appliance and gadget you could ever need. The place was spotless on our arrival and the excellent air conditioning was very welcome as temperatures topped 40 degrees during our stay. We were also grateful for the extremely fast broadband connection at the Villa. There is a vast outdoors area with seating, sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen, and of course the wonderful pool which was attended to and cleaned twice during our stay. Although there was only the two of us, a family with children would be well accommodated, two good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. The location is quiet and traffic free, but only a few minutes from Catral which has a number of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. And of course the coast is only about 30 minutes away by car. I cannot recommend both Rudy and his villa highly enough, it was a wonderful holiday and the whole reservation process along with check in and check out were seamless and trouble free. We cannot thank Rudy and Valerie enough for allowing us to stay for the dates we needed and we are already planning how soon we can return.

We hebben een geweldige week gehad, het huis was volledig voorzien van alle gemakken, keuken was volledig ingericht met apparatuur, grote en ruime tuin met prima zwembad. De communicatie met de eigenaar was prima. duidelijk verhaal over de sleuteloverdracht. We willen zeker nog een keer hier naar terug.

Zeer mooie villa met alles erop aanwezig, fantastische keuken alles ja echt alles aanwezig slaapkamers met bedden redelijk goed, ook beddengoed en badhanddoeken aamwezig, ke zit heerlik vroj van.niemandnlast, erg ruatige buurt stadje hweft ook van alles op gebied van winkels restauranta e.d.

Superbe semaine de Vacances a Catral

Belle villa avec tout le confort que l'on est en droit d'attendre, jolie piscine, 4 bains de soleil, salon de jardin, pergola, orangers.... vraiment topSeul inconvénient : les moustiques ! Heureusement il y a moustiquaires aux portes et fenêtres et diffuseurs dans les chambres.

Geweldige woning, van alle gemakken voorzien

De woning ligt centraal in Catral, een half uurtje lopen en je bent in het levendige stadje Catral. Met de auto kun je leuke uitstapjes maken de bergen in of naar de kust. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad, de fruitbomen en de oprit met poort maken het af.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Wir haben mit unseren 2 Hunden in diesem schönen Haus mit einem sehr grossen Garten und Pool 3 tolle Wochen verbracht, wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Für den Aufenthalt ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, z.B. nach Murcia, Elche oder Alicante. In der Umgebung gibt es auch mehrere Naturparks zum Wandern und die Natur zu geniessen.

Séjour reposant !

Maison propre et bien équipée, accueil chaleureux, calme, grand jardin et piscine vous feront passer un agréable séjour à Catral. Balades, visites ou plages sont suffisamment nombreuses et proches pour contenter tout le monde. Propriétaire et contacts sur place très à l’écoute et réactifs en cas de besoin.
