The Catskill and chill Two hours from NYC, Close to Hudson, Kaaterskill falls

An old school camper, painstakingly renovated to give it a Scandinavian look in the front, and a cozy cabin feel in the bedroom. Extra insulation keeps it warm even on zero degree days! It as flushing toilet, hot shower, AC and a mini kitchen.

Located two hours from NYC and close to Hudson, Kaaterskill falls and ski slopes!

What are the cons? - Biggest complaint we get is the low ceiling. Especially from people six feet plus. And then the bugs outside in summer.

Is it secluded? Many review call this place "very private". However, this is very subjective so I am just going present some data and let you decide. We are on 8 acres, (seven football fields ) We have attached a satellite picture of the property to give you a better idea. there is a larger cabin on the property. But it is far enough and visually isolated enough that you won't feel it's presence (at least from the feedback we got from other guests.)

Are pets allowed? We love pets. But please never leave them alone or off leash and pick up after them. Our cleaning company charges a pet fee ($20) for the extra pet hair cleaning involved.

Can we bring an infant/child? Unfortunately, the space is too tight for a child. So no :(

I work from home, how is the WiFi? We have never received any complaints from our WFH guests. Outages are very rare and get fixed promptly.

Do you provide firewood? Not yet! But gas stations like Stewart, Walmart etc. sell firewood.

Is there heating, AC, Hot shower, flushing toilet, cooking basics? Yes to all (check out the amenities section)

What should we bring? Drinking water, spices, cooking oil. If you want to have a fire outside, firewood, fire starter, lighter. s'mores kit.

Can I check in early? .. No :( Covid19 cleaning regulations were never lifted, we can no longer offer early check in. How about late checkout ? -- We can offer late checkout up to an hour. Please inform us a day in advance so that the cleaning crew can adjust accordingly.
