「All of the staff were amazing in all the details they each had for their jobs. Management treated us with so much respect and genuine kindness after knowing what we had just had from a previous stay at a different hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, the restaurant had wonderful food and very nice staff, the pool area was still able to be used until 11pm, as well as the jacuzzi! The layout of the indoor area was built so it made you feel you had a large welcoming area with plants and places...

「I have stayed at this property before and had been very impressed with its cleanliness and attention to detail, so I chose to stay here again a year later. Unfortunately, this time the quality had dropped a bit. The room was fairly clean but the sheets and towels had some stains on them, which is a total turnoff for me. 「The room that I stayed in. It smells musty, when I came in, I noticed that they had a bag that would absorb moisture. So they knew of the problem. There was a sign that said that breakfast was served from six o'clock until nine thirty.I went to go and make myself a waffle about a quarter to 9 and and couldn't get any batter coming out. I asked the gentleman and he said that quit putting food out at 830 which I felt was pretty sad. Although he did get me enough batter to make myself a Waffle....
