“Booked the accommodation as normal, got sent through access codes for the main building door and the individual apartment door. Turned up at the apartment 5 minutes before check in and got an email saying the stay had been cancelled due to ‘maintenance issues’. Several other apartments from the same company still available to book on the website so this was clearly lies, why list a property that isn’t for to stay in? “A little birthday weekend away with our two spaniels and what a fantastic place. This is obviously someone’s home it was perfect. It had everything. From fold up tables to eat at if you didn’t want to use the breakfast bar, to recliner chairs and sofa. The whole house was spotless and we felt welcome from the moment we received the arrival instructions from the owner. Surrounding information sheets with information and instructions on how to use everything in the house, including the washing……
