Located on the western slope of Cauterets, it offers a BREATHTAKING VIEW of the valley while being just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and the gondolas providing access to the ski area and the bike park.

The chalet is divided into two fully self-contained holiday rentals: Grand Ours (this listing, sleeps 12) and Chant de la Source (another listing, sleeps 10).

The Grand Ours area spans 180 m² over two floors, complete with a 40 m² covered terrace, and can accommodate up to 12 people (babies under 18 months not counted). Extremely comfortable and spacious, everyone will have plenty of room thanks to the well-designed layout.

It features a total of 6 LARGE BEDROOMS—4 queen-size beds (160), 2 single beds, and 1 bunk bed—as well as 5 bathrooms. Two baby kits are also provided (travel cot & high chair). Four bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, and two bedrooms share a beautiful, spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There’s never a line for the shower at the chalet!

After your outdoor adventures, you can gather in the main living area, which consists of a spacious, comfortable living room and an open-concept kitchen, complete with a wood-pellet stove, a smart TV, and a well-stocked bookshelf with books for all ages. Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer an incredible mountain view and experience.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, all of which were replaced in December 2021.

The terrace, equipped with a plancha grill and outdoor furniture, is the perfect spot for socialising and sunbathing while enjoying the view of the valley.

An added bonus is the ski and bike storage room, which features a heated cabinet.

And for your relaxation, you can book a massage with Marriannick, who comes to the chalet to provide treatments.

Private parking for 3 cars.

The rental price includes cleaning and linens (bed linens and towels). Your beds will be made upon arrival.
