Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 3-room apartment spanning 56 square meters on the 5th floor. The apartment features a south-facing position, ensuring ample natural light. The modern and beautifully furnished living/dining room boasts a panoramic window and a sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), providing additional sleeping space if needed. This area also includes an electric heater and a fan for your comfort. One of the rooms is equipped with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a hand basin, and a private shower/WC. This room also has a TV (flat screen) and air conditioning for your convenience. Additionally, there is a small room with two bunk beds (70 cm, length 190 cm) and (110 cm, length 190 cm), along with a fan. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso). There is also a separate WC for added convenience.
