「We loved this property! The perfect retreat for my kids and I. They loved the pool and outdoor area, inside plenty of room to relax and recharge, and play a game of pool! Great location, close to everything. 5 min to Safeway, close to highway and shopping. The kitchen was stocked with all you need, I really appreciated that. Thanks much. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Beautiful and comfortable home. Backyard is exceptionally done. Gorgeous pool and hot tub. Close to shopping and dining. We had the most enjoyable time here. Highly recommend. Only downside was the weather was VERY hot and the front and back bedrooms didn’t cool down like the rest of the house.」

「We loved our stay here. The house was clean and well stocked. It was close to everything - shopping, Old Town, freeways and restaurants. The communication with the owner was great. We loved the neighborhood as well. It was such a nice stay- if we ever find ourselves in the Phoenix area again we will be staying here. 」

「My parents and I had a wonderful stay! We had everything we needed and the house was roomy and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed walking on the cool tile throughout the house because it was very hot during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and had no problems. We accidentally tripped the circuit breaker while cooking and the owners were very helpful and helped guide us on resetting it. I am keeping this property saved for future trips. Thank you!」

「The property itself is a great location and very clean. Close to restaurants and grocery. When we arrived the property smelled horribly of marijuana. Carpets do need cleaned. 」

「I live in Northeast Phoenix, and wanted a getaway for my wedding anniversary but didn’t want to have to drive too far and deal with traffic. This place was the perfect place to feel like I was “on vacation” but without the hassle! We stayed in the Cave Creek/Carefree area and ate at the local restaurants, shopped, and did a short hike at Spur Cross Conservation. Perfect weather and perfect weekend! Thank you for the close getaway with a vacation vibe! 」

「I had a lovely stay in the carriage house. I was in Phoenix for work and needed something centrally located and easy to get around. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, and the hosts were lovely and great with communication. I’d highly recommend this stay for solo travelers. 」
