「Had a very good stay at Rancho Manana. The property is convenient, quiet and attractive. The staff is excellent. The units are showing their age a bit but they are spacious and offer a complete apartment like experience with a full kitchen. I stay there whenever their rates are reasonable.」

「Great house was as advertised. Very clean and nice inside and out. There was a ton of stuff to do from pickleball to the pool table we enjoyed the variety of activities included with the house. We’re were on a golf vacation so the putting green came in handy as well as the hot tub for the sore muscles after golf. 」

「This house was perfect for our multi-generation family gathering. We wanted a place where we could hang out all day and be together. With the pool, hot tub, game room, and outdoor activity area there is plenty to do. And there are multiple seating areas to sit and have conversations indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is well equipped; we cooked several large meals for the whole family. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The owner was very responsive and the listing and pictures are accurate....

「The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!」
