「This small house gives the exact Japanese vibe I was looking for with some modern amenities. The place is clean and has everything we need listed. The owner is very responsive with communication and helpful. The location is in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy tourist attractions but still only 7 - 10 mins walk away from a subway station. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook simple meal including searing Wagyu beef as breakfast!!!」

「The room is too small and definitely not enough space for place 3 beds there. There is no any spec between each bed and Then it only has a very narrow hallway you even couldn’t open the languages. 」

「First of all, this is not a hotel, completely not. I booked this accommodation like one month ago before the trip, they will send you a form for submitting your personal information so that they will get you the key information and you have to enter the room by yourself. However, they didn’t give me anything after submitting the form so I send another email to them for enquiry one day before arrival. On the arrival day they send me the same form then I submitted again but they replied that...

「Felt great to have an apartment right outside of Shinjuku. It was nice to come back to this home and pass out for the night. Would 10/10 recommend for a single person or couple. 」

「We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan. 」

「This hotel was everything good other than without elevator. The place was so close to Koenji downtown and station easy to go around Tokyo. But should be considered there is no elevator despite the rooms are located 3rd and 4th floor on the building. Using stairs is the only way to approach to the rooms. I don’t recommend it to families with huge luggages. But the response from staff and Omotenashi was so great. If you want to feel Japanese hospitality this place is the one of the best.」
