「Check in is before 4pm on Sundays. The bed is creepy but very comfortable. I think the person that stayed before us had a dog because we found a flea only one single fle. The k cup machine, microwave mini fridge and water very nice. Wi-Fi Access was delightful and easy to setup. Overall great. Definitely would be coming back.」

「Absolutely wonderful. The only negatives that we had were really minor.There were no dishes for the bar soap in the bathrooms and no liquid soap dispensers either. Also, the little hook near the shower for holding the bath towel had been removed and not replaced.Also, we did not find coasters on which to put our drinks.As I wrote earlier, these were really minor things and they did not detract substantially from the joy of our stay.」

「My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Pedal and Perch. Beautiful little cabin with all the amenities you would want. It was an absolutely frigid weekend so we wish we could have used the outside tub and fire pit, but we will save that for next time. 10/10 would recommend. We will be back」

「The host was very responsive. The rental did have a Jacuzzi tub (the listing said it had a hot tub so we brought bathing suits), but it was very small and we ran out of hot water before it was full. So it was tepid at best. We also found some pills/medication on the living room floor when we arrived, which was not a real problem as we just threw them away, but would have been a problem if we had our children with us potentially. I’d expect better due to the fact that there is an 89 cleaning fee...

「Me and a buddy came to ride MTB's for a week and this spot was perfect. Nice size rooms, decorated like a Pinterest showroom and totally set up for bikers. We had a hiccup with the initial accessing of the property which was immediately rectified by the host. I would suggest this setup to friends who are looking to ride in Bentonville.」
