It was very nice to be able to use the on site laundry and to have firewood provided. The kitchen is very nicely equipped and the cookware is very good quality. The bed was extremely comfortable. “Such a convenient location. Check in was a breeze. Our first time at Okemo and was so glad to have been in a true ski in ski out. My only cons were two- the bedding was a bit questionable. Multiple stains on sheets, blankets, etc. Had I brought my own, would have felt much more comfortable. And the pull out is barely habitable. I would say bring an air mattress instead of thinking about the pullout as an option. I’ve been on many a pullout in my days and this was by far the worst one. ”

“Property is on 4th floor almost at the end, so you have to walk the most with heavy bags..that was pain.. had problems with heating and cooling system. Also requested for 1 hour late check out at the time of booking, never received any response on top cleaning stuffs were sent to the property sharp at 10 am. Our friends rented another property on the same building and they could easily checked out late at 12:00 pm. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and proximity to the slope is unparallel.”

“You better ask for one of the rear units because the front one is practically in the middle of the road. It’s noisy. It’s dingy, the owner refused to let us check in an hour early, which actually worked out in our favor since we didn’t want to stay there after we saw the place. We asked to move to a rear unit. The answer was no. We didn’t ask for a refund. We just went and booked another room and left this place empty for the night. There are so many other nice places to stay in this area. I……

“The place is not sound insulated at all! We could hear every bump and grind from the room above and every loud footstep as they moved about. The entry has no light over the door so it's impossible to read the unlit numbers on the entry keypad..speaking of which, who has a 10 digit entry code that you can't memorize and requires you to open the email with the code in it every time you need to get in? How about 4-5 digits! The hair dryer did not work well. There is NO storage for our clothes,……

“The property is very close to the Sachem trail (an easy 2-minute walk through the parking lot). There is not a lot of sound insulation and the upstairs neighbors were very noisy for the first half of our stay. Kitchen is well stocked and everything was in good working order. However, the bunk room is really a very small glorified closet (which you have to walk through to get to the laundry) without a working door that closes. That would be an issue for anyone hoping to put the kids to bed and……
