"2 night stay to explore the area on our way back to the ferry. Too far to walk to restaurants etc. Lots to see and do within easy reach. Hosts very pleasant. Breakfast was good- very French, no cereal or cooked items. "

"Despite the booking confirmation saying check-in was open until 1900, we arrived at 1615 only to find it shut until 1800 - duh - nearly every other hotel I've stayed in welcomes guests from 1500 at the earliest...to compound the problem, I received a text from the hotel the evening after we had left telling us what the check-in times were! Nevertheless, we were pleased with the large room (17 - at the back - luckily away from the Saturday night live band on the beach opposite) with good...

"Location was great. We parked for free by canal then hired 2 bikes for 24 hours and locked the bikes overnight at the hotel. Very safe. Lovely place to visit. Would say 1 day is enough"
