"The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful and the food excellent. A storm had washed up massive amounts of sargasso on the beach, but they had heavy equipment out the next day clearing it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The location couldn’t be beat. It was at the lower end of west bay so didn’t take long to get to George Town. It was very easy to pick up the public bus or grab a taxi right outside the hotel. We especially enjoyed all the beach amenities like the floating pads you could swim to from the shore, beach loungers, and bar service from Tortuga Grill. We dined at Tortuga multiple times and everything was fantastic. We tried the Mahi bites, pizza, and mahi sandwich. It was also super convenient to pick up and drop off our Avis rental car right at the hotel for one of the days where we wanted to leisurely explore more of the island. We will definitely be returning to the Westin Grand Cayman."
Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach

"This hotel is in a very convenient location. I am headed home today and there was beach construction which was a downside but it notes a new beach is coming which is good. The beach is steps from property and the free shuttle takes you to even more beautiful beaches as well as a bunch of other places. It is very convenient and the pick up was so easy and quick. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable about things to do on the island and helpful, we only did the free breakfast once but it was worth it. There are restaurants right across the street that you can enjoy but the one on property has good food, live music and the staff is very nice. The pool was small but they have a 7 foot side which I loved and the water felt amazing. The ac gets very cold. The room is nice, property clean. Besides construction on the beach my only complaint is the mosquitos are ridiculous bring and use bug spray, use it a lot. We are planning our return trip and mostly will return to the same hotel because it was great overall."

"We were there to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and the staff really went out of the way to congratulate us everywhere we went. I’m sure Clara at the front desk orchestrated the whole thing but where ever we went, a “Happy Anniversary!” was said and that made us feel special. All the staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating with every request. Definitely highly recommended. Thank you to Clara and Elliane for the amazing surprises they sent our way to celebrate us."

"The entire staff at the resort was excellent. Everyone was always willing to help and was very friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms are sufficiently appointed. The only complaint I would have is that it was very hot at night and the AC did not go lower than 68. Sleeping was a bit of an issue but that is a personal thing. The beds themselves are comfortable and the amenities on site are excellent. The beach is fantastic. I also wanted to give a shoutout to Martha. She was so friendly and extremely helpful."

"Room was very clean although I couldn't see out of one of the balcony windows because it was foggy from the inside glass . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant area was very nice although I found out on my last day that the restaurant had special lunch deals that would have come in handy. There was live music or a DJ some night. Overall it was a very nice stay."

"This place is absolutely beautiful. It was comfortable and clean. I did not realize that this hotel was far from the downtown area, but it was very helpful that they had a shuttle that was available Monday through Friday (for free) which brought you to various locations throughout the city, the driver was amazing and he was extremely helpful when I ask questions about certain areas that were good to explore."

"10/10! Easily surpassed any expectations i had. One GT is truly a luxury experience. From the front desk being attentive and anticipating our needs, all the way to the concerige being super personable and the very best valet attendants! The property and amenities were so nice and clean. It really makes you value coming to a newly opened modern hotel. I cannot wait to return"
