“We recently stayed at X’tan Ha and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were clean, although they are somewhat dated and could use some updating. We also had a few visits from ants and termites in our room during our stay. The food was mediocre—not bad, but not particularly memorable. Required a boat ride to and from the main Caye Caulker area, that was exhausting and limiting on timing. “We stayed in a studio room and were impressed with its size, decor, and cleanliness. Although we did not have the view of the pools and ocean, we had a view of the bay. We hosted a 60th birthday celebration and the staff was able to bring our idea to fruition. Thanks Melissa and Christie. This was my second time staying here and I would stay there again. Coming to a country for the first time can be so intimidating but they have made it so seamless and wonderful. “This property was simply amazing. It was nice quiet tucked away but not to far from the party. The property staff were amazing from the time I booked until the time we departed. They assisted us to back and forth to beach complementary a back and forth to the water taxi to go on our excursions. The rooms were gorgeous just as advertised and very spacious. I will definitely be bringing my family back to just stay here and enjoy Belize.”
