Superb location, great views, cozy apartment

The balcony overlooking the beach was the highlight. Great location - across the road from the beach, and just steps away from coffee, breakfast, and Hidden Kitchen. Clear instructions, easy parking, plenty of linens, and comfortable mattresses. The only ding would be the couch sags. Everything else was great, would stay here again.

Perfect spot for our family vacay. Cafes right there, beach across the street, wonderful deck for lounging, comfy beds, convenient kitchen, WiFi for doing a lil work, easy parking, self check in. Loved it.

Great location

Although the unit is a bit tired, the location simply can’t be beat. Situated right on Ocean Avenue (main strt) with fabulous water views and walking distance to all local attractions, restaurants, and the beach.

Great home base for SLO vacation

Excellent location, great views from balcony of beach and pier. Well equipped, plenty of linens and towels. Management team was responsive to communication. When we discovered missing smoke detectors, it took 5 days to send a maintenance team to replace which was disappointing, however the team was efficient and got the job done once they arrived. If you are traveling by car, consider bringing a laundry basket as one was not provided. There is no washer and dryer on sight, but there is a nice laundromat a few blocks away. Beds were pretty comfortable, but living room would benefit from more comfortable seating. Overall a nice place and we had a great time exploring the SLO region during our 2 weeks in Cayucos.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and spacious. You can sit on the couch and see the pier, let alone once you see the view from the balcony. We will definitely be rebooking.

Sunset view was fabulous.

I loved the scenery view of the beachfront. Having a clean and well maintained house provided you a relaxing vacation. The balcony was amazing that you can spend all day just to feel the sea breeze. The location was adjacent to restaurant and groceries. Definitely, I will come back again for vacation.

Modern, clean, ocean view

Open airy feel, modern, clean, all the basics in the kitchen, enjoyed having meals on the balcony with ocean view. Can hear the surf when the windows are open. Fans in the unit help keep the rooms cool during our stay in the Fall, but may be hot during the summer. Our family had a great time and the location is perfect.
