Great trip
Overall this place was great! Super close to the beach access, its not overcrowded, there's a playground nearby and the cutest most amazing coffee shop down town(luna). Positives outweighed the minor issues for sure! I'd stay again
They had boogie boards, chairs, beach cart and sand toys provided. The kitchen has everything! (Unless you want plastic for littles to use).
The two spaces are small garage spaces. Our mini van barely fit(couldnt open doors) but the problem we didnt expect(I realize most won't have this issue) is that we planned to park our pop up camper. From the pictures, it appears there's plenty of space(a huge reason we chose this property)but what you cant see is the space in front of the home is a shared HOA space with two buildings facing it to make a courtyard space and they have full time occupants . We couldnt fit in the garage. We had to street park and leave trailer attached, this made parking a nightmare due to having a disabled person with us.
Overall the place was mostly clean and their cleaning list is short when you leave. There were some ants in the upstairs bathtub, the dishes needed prewashed before using as they weren't properly cleaned before being put away. The dishwasher isnt attached, so it falls forward and prevents the slides from working properly. The outdoor space is all shared HOA property, except for the balcony. I couldnt find sheets for the rollaway beds. So my little shared with us.
Overall a great place for the price!
