• Conveniently situated on the 7th floor for easy access and great views.
• The unit itself doesn’t allow pets, but the building is pet-friendly.
• We are in a tropical country. The diverse ecosystem include various of plants, ant and bugs. We have a regular inspection and pest control for this. But Guest are all responsible for regularly disposing trash to avoid attracting bugs and ants, and we are not liable if they fail to do so.
