Comfortable inside room, however the rest of hotel do not have AC so its hot walking in the hallways. A little loud since we heard Ambulance Sirens atleast 2-3x during our 1 night stay. Pool was in renovation which I won't take away points, since they gave me notice prior to booking. It served its purpose for 1 night stay however would recommend more renovation and upgrades to the hotel.

Hotel is nicely taken cared you can tell by looking and checking on the caulking or grout on the tiles of the bathroom..and good larger sizes of the room. Cable TV works.

I really enjoyed my stay at the plaza. King size bed was really comfortable as well as the pillows which gets a big tick from me. Spacious room, the air con was excellent. The location was convenient being so close to the mall. When I come back to Cebu the Plaza will be my choice. Excellent value for money for what you get. Rooms are modern. Staff very friendly.

The staff was good the room was clean shower barley had hot water so if you are planning a bath or shower thats not the place for you food is poor and breakfast is very limited no pool in the last four years poor air conditioning throughout the building including lobby common areas like corridors and your room the only plus to this property is the staff and its close to the mall I would not recommend it

While the property and staff were great, some things were not. No vending machines, the room service app on the tv didn't work right. The phone in the room kept beeping saying it needed charged even while being on the charger. Room wasn't served on second day and we ran out of toilet paper. Last day we had no hoot water

It’s seems like everything was out of service when I got there. The restaurant food was horrible. The security guy needs an attitude adjustment. The front desk and the waitress are amazing service. Room cleaners are very kind. I’ll still stay at the mandarin plaza in Bangkok but never again in Cebu

We liked that it’s near Ayala Center Cebu, making shopping convenient. The executive suite looks a little old but still comfy and spacious. It was a comfy stay overall!

Room rates are very reasonable, especially for the size of the room. Overall it was a pleasant short stay, except for the really firm mattress. Cost of breakfast buffet was around $10.50, which to me was OK but my local friends thought it was expensive. The buffet spread was very typical for a business hotel.

Good for staycations and for its nearby shopping
My room was quite spacious and had a generous amount of furniture. The view wasn't one to brag about. The meals were another thing and something I look forward to on my next stay. P.S. I initially booked one of their rooms since I wanted a soak in a bathtub but imagine to my surprise that the room's spacious bathroom was devoid of a bathtub and even safety mat. At least there was hot water.
