「Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. Also..I saw cockroach twice during my stay in my room and a Lil gecko thing on the wall. Should have better seals on doors to stop that or traps. Lastly there was a sewer type smell coming out of...

「Everything was very nice like before...my only disappointment was with the front desk, they were not as friendly as before, no real attempt to be accommodating and responses were very short and generally negative. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and very much like the restaurant inside...」

「Bad」

「Overall it was always a good experience thank you to the lady who check me in. She was really polite and smiley. Kudos to you all. Every time i fly back in Cebu. Bayfront is always my place to stay. No Danggit served and dried squid serve in breakfast. But no big deal. It was just a craving for me specially im just visiting Pinas. Good luck and keeo up the great customer service👌」

「Very basic but the pool was really nice! Check-in was very time consuming and problematic. There was a Security Guard who thought we had the wrong location.. then he checked and directed us around to the back of the property where we met with hotel reception staff who could not confirm My registration and had to call their boss to get us a room. The room was not really ready because they say that they were not expecting us! 」

「附近正在修建道路，道路很多不平整，外出行走要小心注意路況。員工素質很好，友善且有禮貌。」

「Nice pool area. Quiet location 」

「很近市中心，岀入也方便。只是房間剛只夠2人，沒有其他空間擺放東西，所以會有點壓迫感，但整體我住3日2夜，是可以的。」

「Wifi is hard to use. There are a lot of use restrictions. If this hotel does not change wifi system.i think I will not visit this hotel anymore.」

「Breakfast arrangement is terrible, restaurant small Long queue to wait for 30 mins to get in 」

「I booked one family room for the wedding it was nice and all staffs are helpful」

「飯店的規模比我想像中要大 而且服務人員非常親切 飯店地點離商場大概兩公里左右 坐車一下就到 CP值很高」

「We did not use the pool. Staff were great but the propert was poorly maintained..My husband and i had to check out 4 days early. The bed was very uncomfortable.」
