I'm a repeater and I can say that it's pretty well maintained. The beds are firm and comfortable and the food in the cafeteria is great.The staff attends to your needs.The location is convenient too. So, every time I visit Cebu, I always stay here.

Staff was very courteous making the check in and check out process a breeze. The room was clean, bit small, but not bad. The shower heads had calcium build up, like a lot of hotels. But they provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dental items. The internet wasnt working at first but they resolved it immediately and I was able to work remotely with no issues. The breakfast buffet was very limited and food were not warm. Seems like the food had been sitting out for a while. Overall a decent hotel to stay for a great price.

Clean from the front lobby to everywhere. Bathroom was excellent. Comfortable bed and clean bedding. Courteous and helpful staff.

My new home in Cebu City

We stayed at this hotel for over 4 weeks, not continuously, in between travels to other cities outside of Cebu City. I appreciate the excellent service of the entire staff, from the cafe, to housekeeping, the from desk, the security team, all in all, very good service. And the owners and management team were great and accommodating. We will definitely come back. This will be our go to place like home in Cebu City. Thank you, team Cebu Hotel Plus!!!

Actually, I was not there during the check. I booked for my sister, nieces and cousins for they have checked up with doctors at Chong Hua hospital. And they were happy staying at Cebu Hotel Plus because the hotel is clean, rooms are okay and they were comfortable for everything. Services are good and they enjoyed the breakfast buffet on Friday. Surely, I will book again this hotel in the near future.

Horrible wifi but good location

Good location, staff was nice, room was clean and comfortable. Nice restaurants nearby. I recommend the ofcourse coffee with their croffle!!! There is a nice massage place next to it that I also recommend. There is a tv in the room, but no access to Netflix or any other streaming platform (just regular tv with some international channels). The main negative thing about this hostel is that the wifi was TERRIBLE!!! Didn’t work in my room except for like 15 min in my 2 nights stay. Worked on/off at the reception, signal wasn’t really good. They said they would fix it, but I read some other bad reviews about their wifi… If you’re a digital nomad, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have unlimited data. I’ve used all I had left during my stay at this hotel…

The Hotel is tucked away of the main road and very clean and quiet,lots of restaurants in front of the hotel and it has a nice restaurant in the hotel, friendly staff and 24 hours security.I would recommend it for a safe and quiet stay

Nice basic hotel. When I checked in they had no television or hot water but fixed it the next day. Breakfast was edible but lots to do and eat just outside the hotel. No complaints for the price.

Above and beyond the level you expect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t give 5 stars easily. I start at 3 and go up or down only if I receive particularly good or bad service. Cebu Hotel Plus deserves 5 Stars. It’s in very good condition, it actually looks like it does in the pics - unusual for this region! The staff are simply awesome, friendly and welcoming as they should be, but they go above and beyond that. The WiFi can be a little sketchy but they’ll get you sorted out if you have a problem. I’m actually going to miss staying here as I move on, but I’m sure I will be back soon.
