“New, clean property, good staff, overall wonderful stay!”

“Checked in took far too long as only 1 personnel manning the large reception area. It was 8pm in the evening. The only lady was dealing with a group of 3. There were 5 others waiting. After I complained as I waited 15 minutes, she called another staff to help. Such a big hotel with almost full occupancy, as told by the staff, should schedule more at the front desk. Others like security and concierge and housekeeping were adequately manned. Should be more up front with the closure of the……

“Complaint number one front desk forgot to put three days on our card and the power went out on the first day. She only charge our card with one day 12 midnight power went out we had no air con no lights no nothing we were waking up with extreme heat called front desk and told them we were not happy.

“Wonderful stay”
