「Walking distance to Giant Steps and you can ski directly to door when done. First floor which is great too. 」

「It is super easy to find, and super easy to access. You are close to anything you need, and there is plenty of space if you need a place to stay with friends. I stayed there comfortably with three friends.」

「If you are visiting Cedar City and need a place to stay this is it! In a very nice neighborhood easy access with a garage to park your car. Newly built clean and everything you need. 」

「Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. 」

「Pros: nice decor, well stocked kitchen, walking distance (20-25 mins) to Shakespeare festival, quiet neighborhood.Cons: 1- tidy, but not clean. I needed to personally clean counters and sinks before I felt comfortable with my family using them. Floors and rugs need to be cleaned. 2- all the mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Very old and uncomfortable. One mattress was visibly sagging and bowing and no one could sleep on it- used couch instead.3- just needs basic TLC- crooked...

「My wife and I found this place on a Tuesday morning for Wednesday-Friday night get away. Very clean, easy to get to, direction from management easy to follow and access. Kids loved the Pool, Spa and exercise area, my wife loved the sauna. Super close to the main lift. The property as a whole is dated but the unit was in great shape and for the price you can’t beat it. Very happy with our experience. 」
