New Outdoor Jacuzzi: Relax in the 8-seater Jacuzzi with stunning lake views.

Spacious Living Areas: Enjoy two large living rooms, perfect for family gatherings.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone.

Game & Movie Room: A large separate area with five arcade games, pop-shot basketball, pool and ping pong tables, darts, and two 65" smart TVs for movie nights. (Game consoles not included—bring your own!)

Bedroom Details:Bedroom 1: King bed, 65” smart TV, en-suite bathroom, and access to a large deck with lake and mountain views.

Bedroom 2: King bed, 65” smart TV, en-suite bathroom, and beautiful lake views.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed and 60” smart TV.

Bedroom 4: Two twin bunk beds and 50” smart TV.



Patios: Two large patios with string lights, outdoor living sets, umbrellas, and three dining tables with 12 chairs, perfect for enjoying the views.

Parking: 3-car garage plus a large driveway for additional parking.

Comfort Features: Two air conditioning units and eight big screen TVs throughout the house (55" to 75").

Refrigeration: Two refrigerators to accommodate your food and drink needs.

Sauna: Relax and unwind in the sauna located on the patio.

Kitchen:

Equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more.



House Supplies:

Your home will be stocked with an initial starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.



Guest access

During your stay at my house you will have full access to the entire house. Please consider this your home during your stay and also please treat the home and neighbors with respect.

– FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS –

Fishing at Lake Arrowhead is available with the following requirements:

• Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, and guest passes are required. Along with assigned agreement from ALA.

• Passes must be picked up at the Lake Clubhouse Association, Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 3 PM. No holidays.

• The cost is $50 per guest pass.

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you plan to fish so we can coordinate properly.

• Each guest must have a valid California fishing license.

Regarding extra guests: 10 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children. Bringing more than 10 guests can result in extra charges/fines from local code enforcement ranging from $500-$1500.



Pet policy: maximum 2 dogs! You must notify us before bringing pets. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Our cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up.



WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?



Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.



WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?



All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. 

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. 



DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?



Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 9PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers.



Parking

*All vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway only.

*No street parking is allowed.

*Vehicles parked on the street are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

*Street parking may result in fines of up to $5,000



Lake Access

*The lake directly behind the home is a PRIVATE LAKE.

*No access to the lake is permitted.

*No fishing and no swimming are allowed at any time.



Trash & Waste Disposal

*If you anticipate generating a large amount of trash, please bring additional trash bags, as our cleaners provide only a limited starter supply.

*All trash must be placed only in the trash cans located on the side of the home, next to the garage, behind the gate.

*Do not leave trash in the front of the property, driveway, or on the street. Local regulations prohibit short-term guests from placing trash in the front of the property.

*Trash left in prohibited areas may result in fines of up to $5,000, which will be the responsibility of the guest.

Liability Waiver:

You understand that swimming and use of any exercise equipment (treadmill and weight set) is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of exercise equipment. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and exercise equipment and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and exercise equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the exercise equipment while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and exercise equipment. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
