"My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but...

"The cottage was very clean. Well stocked with items. The only thing we didn’t find was a can opener. No big deal. My sister let me borrow one. Very quiet and peaceful. We loved it. The place is well decorated with antiques. It had a lovely rustic charm. In fact they can decorate my house if they like. lol Any time I go visit my sister I would without a doubt stay at that cottage. If they allow us of course. The creek was nice to have. "This place is absolutely perfect. No detail has been forgotten - the host makes sure anything you could possible need is provided. The location is amazing, truly feeling like you are in the country while only being about 25 minutes from downtown Nashville. Our pups loved the fenced in yard and dog treats that were thoughtfully left out for us. We will be back! Thanks again, Donna!"
