Beautiful house with all the amenities!
Perfect house for our family trip and recently married daughter and son in law. Great location to visit all the wineries, little Bear Dunes, and many towns…Sutton Bay, Glen Arbor, and Traverse city. Highly recommend visiting Mission Peninsula for the stunning views of the wineries. Very clean house with any sporting activity available. Owner couldn’t be any nicer and accommodating. Great vacation home
We had a wonderful time staying here! The house was clean, the yard was massive, the kids loved the sand, basketball hoop & bikes. We went for fall trip but managed to get in the lake a couple times. Shallow so the kids could play & it was safe. A lot of our time was spent by the fire outside. Getting to Leland, sleeping bear dunes and Sutton’s bay was easy! Had a great time in all 3 places. Would recommend :)

Amazing Weekend Getaway!
Stunning home in one of the most beautiful locations! We had a wonderful weekend away for old friends to gather together and this couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. This home is beautiful and the outdoor spaces are excellent and absolutely gorgeous! The home was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Lots of fun, great stay!
We enjoyed our week at the house, it has everything you would ever need for a family vacation. Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat, the lake wasn’t crowded and we loved tooling around in it. Great amenities like bikes, kayaks, pedal cars, and a big space to ride them. It’s a great property and Larry was always available for questions.

Wonderful rental on the lake
We had an amazing time. House was very clean and presentable upon our arrival. The amenities were perfect, hot tub, outdoor entertaining area, and fire pit were perfect for our needs. We did a little wine tasting and then stayed in at night to enjoy the beautiful home. Would definitely rent this property again. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was seamless. Very trusted rental owner!

Inside and out, this property offers everything for your perfect vacation. You don’t have to leave the premises in order to be entertained, as the backyard/lake offer everything needed to relax and have a great time. The interior is clean and comfortable as well. If you do decide to venture out, you are centrally located to visit Leland, Sutton’s Bay, Northport and Glen Arbor. Award winning golf courses, wineries, and restaurants are all a short, picturesque drive away.

Beautiful home on lake with everything you'd want
I stayed here for 4 nights with a group of eight girlfriends from college celebrating a milestone birthday. The house was beautiful and have everything you could ever want. Lots of space and plenty of luxury amenities. Loved the hot tub and back patio. Working with the owner was easy and couldn't be better. Location was perfect. Only wish we could have stayed longer. The area is wonderful too. We did a bike/kayak brewery tour in T.C. and visited Sleeping Bear Dunes. There are cute towns around here too to shop and dine like Glen Arbor and Leland. I will have many happy memories of this trip. Thanks!

Fantastic Property
Wonderful property which we definitely hope to rent again. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor space, particularly the kitchen/grills, were wonderful to have. Perfect location and quiet as it’s set back from the road. The outdoor toys for the kids provided an additional bonus as did the badminton which we enjoyed playing. The public boat launch is right next to this property which made it very easy to take our boat in/out of the water. This home was just perfect for our family and made for a lovely summer vacation.

Very nice property with all the amenities!
My family really enjoyed this house for our fishing trip! My husband and youngest son (19 years old)and his girlfriend were able to fish every day and caught many small mouth bass, walleye and rock bass, pike and even a perch or two! They did a 4 hour charter called Fresh Water Therapy. He was really nice and they had a successful morning out. We were surprised that there wasn't a great bait shop close by - we ended up going into Traverse City to Gander Outdoor and they had a decent selection. (The bass were hitting on drop shot with pink worms and this store was the only one that carried those) . The rest of us filled our days with shopping( there is a consignment store in Suttons Bay that was definitely a nice one if you like that kind of shopping(called the Roost) , we shopped in Suttons Bay, Leland and Glen Arbor( many cute boutique type stores) , a day trip to Mackinaw, and two days over to the Dunes for some hiking. (it costs 25$ per car to get in there to park, but the pass you receive is good for a week) The restaurants are ok. Our favorite lunch was at the VI(Village Inn) in Suttons Bay. We did eat breakfast out once at a little place in Maple City called Pegtown Station and we all really enjoyed that. It is a very small restaurants and the 7 of us was a pretty big group for them. The house had everything anyone could need on vacation! We did use the volleyball pit three times and that was a lot of fun! Even used it as a sandbox once! We grilled out one evening and also used the fire pit! You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into all the needs a family has on vacation. There are many games in the living room that we took advantage of! Over all you couldn't ask for a better house for a visit to The Lake.

Loved staying here! The house was beautiful and so was the property on the lake. We loved everything about it. Larry had more than enough stocked up for us in terms of essentials and seemed to have thought of everything. We used the kayaks and the bikes. We also loved using the hot tub and fire pit everyday. The outdoor kitchen was great as well! Highly recommend!

Upscale getaway on rustic Lake Leelanau
We had a wonderful week in July 2018 at this home. Our group consisted of two young families - four adults and four young boys - and the home could not have been more perfect. It was an easy drive into Leelanau or Leland, and a great spot to jump off from for day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Arcadia Bluffs, etc. Our boys enjoyed fishing from the dock or off the pontoon boat we rented. The fishing on Lake Leelanau is not great, but there are crawdads in the sand right off the dock that kept us busy for hours. The home itself is very well done. The design and construction is top notch, the furnishings are great, and the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms have all you will need for a relaxing week on the lake. The outdoor kitchen, jacuzzi and sand volleyball/grass area are perfect for enjoying days and nights outside. All in all, a wonderful place to spend the summer in Northern Michigan.

This home is stunning inside and out! Private lakefront home near Leland, Suttons Bay and Traverse City. We hiked Pyramid Point in Glen Arbor, shopped and at in Leland and enjoyed the hot tub when back at the house over Thanksgiving weekend. Definitely, would stay here again!

We took trip for my 40th birthday with 6 friends. Owners was prompt, courteous & left easy to follow notes for operation of house. Quiet location, 15 minutes to grocery store. Nice cooking facility inside & out. We used both! All cookware provided was clean & good quality. Hot tub was immaculate & ready to go when we got there. Spent time fishing, cooking, hot tubbing, enjoying the large deck and watching big screen tv with surround sound. It was worth the investment, a great time was had by all!

Perfect Early Fall Weekend
This property was just what we were looking for when we planned our biking weekend for ten women. The house easily accommodated all of us, and everything was spotlessly clean. The sunrises over Lake Leelanau were spectacular. The location was convenient for biking from Charlevoix to Petosky and Traverse City to Suttons Bay, as well as visiting wineries and shopping. Each day we looked forward to coming back here to enjoy this beautiful property!

A dream vacation for our entire family ranging from age 9 to 75!
The setting is unbelievably beautiful, and the house has everything you could possibly think of needing/wanting on a Lake vacation. We took advantage of the house kayaks everyday. We played sand volleyball and basketball. We used the hot tub in the evening and made smores around the fire pit at night. The best was eating meals outside with the whole family together around the giant patio table. The entire process was stress free! #BestFamilyVacationEver

5 Star Luxury Vacation Home on Beautiful Lake Leelanau
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend wine tour in October with three other couples. This house was perfect in every way and there was plenty of space to spread out. This luxurious home has everything you could possibly need for a week or weekend getaway. The accommodations were pristine and well kept. The home is located directly on Lake Leelanau. The lake views are amazing and star gazing at night off the dock is really fun too. We were able to faintly see the Milky Way Galaxy.

Beautiful house in perfect location
The house is outstanding. There was plenty of room with the four bedrooms and spacious living areas. Everything was clean and in good order. Bathrooms and furnishing are modern and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could think of including a Keurig and margarita glasses. There were plenty of towels, blankets and extra pillows. I could not think of anything else that they could have provided. The yard was unbelieveable. It has everything that we could need. We felt like we were living the life of the rich and famous while sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the beautiful view. It was great to find a house that had a pontoon boat that we could rent. We were able to drive the boat all of the way to Leland where we shopped and ate lunch. The owner was very responsive to questions and made themselves available to assist. The location is perfect. It was an easy drive to Fishtown, Leelanau and Sutton's Bay. I would love to stay here again because it was so easy to access restaurants and shopping. And there must be 10 wineries within a 30 minute drive.

Beautiful place, beautiful views
We loved our stay on Lake Leelenau. The outdoor area is the best! The house has all the amenities you'd need, but is very comfortable. We had four adult couples for the weekend and had plenty of room Highly recommend this beautiful place.
