"Room was exactly like the pictures. Great view of the Gulf. Easy walk to Dock Street and other restaurants in area (although many are still closed from 2024 hurricane). Building could use a little maintenance (paint etc). Check in was easy and friendly, helpful staff. Parking was easy. The bed being in the loft made for a much better stay (except for having to get to restroom after bed time was a trot downstairs); otherwise, added plenty of living area compared to other condos on lower...

"I only gave this property 3 stars because the house really need some attention. There is standing water in a boat which results is lots of mosquitos..I am assuming that is the owners boat..there is unused items under the property that needs removed or cleaned up. The inside was very tidy...kitchen was useable...overall not bad but would not rent again"
